Example of very complex Asian revision rhinoplasty in this patient who had prior cosmetic nose reshaping elsewhere by a different plastic surgeon. We performed bridge reshaping including placement of bilateral spreader grafts. In addition, her tip was reshaped to provide better tip definition.
