This patient desired revision rhinoplasty following prior surgery by a different plastic surgeon. She was most concerned about a previously placed silicone implant that was displaced in between her eyes. As seen in the photos and indicated by the red arrows, she had an usual contour that was distracting. Dr. Hilinski performed a revision open rhinoplasty to provide a more natural contour and improved symmetry. He also created more tip definition while maintaining balance with her overall ethnic facial features.
