This is an example of rhinophyma surgery to correct the external shape of the nose. This patient from San Diego had excessive glandular tissue affecting his nose that created trouble with breathing due to a heavy, weighted effect. I performed rhinophyma surgery using a laser to help reduce the volume of his nose – thus helping it look better while functioning much more efficiently.
