This is another example of finesse rhinoplasty. This attractive young lady simply desired to have a more refined looking nose. More specifically she wanted to remove the bump and smooth the bridge without looking too different. I ended up performing a finesse type rhinoplasty to create a smoother looking bridge that retained the overall appearance of her old nose. If you look at her before and after photos, you can appreciate an overall improvement – yet she still looks like herself. Could you possibly do more to this particular nose? Sure. But why when the only thing you should do is take away some of the features of her nose that bothered her – while bringing out her overall facial beauty. In my humble opinion, this is the essence of doing great rhinoplasty.
