This is an example of reconstructive nose surgery to straighten the crooked bridge, which also involved correcting the bump on the dorsum. Notice that her nose has now been reconstructed with an overall improvement in the appearance while maintaining a very natural look for her. A closed rhinoplasty approach was used. This is a great example of how reconstructive rhinoplasty can be done to improve the nose without making someone look completely different.
