Example of an ethnic nose undergoing rhinoplasty or nose reshaping to address a crooked nose deformity and high bridge. The one limitation in this type of rhinoplasty patient is the thickness of the skin. In order to make her nose smaller, we had to make sure that her skin would shrink wrap down sufficiently after making the skeletal structure of the nose smaller. In many cases, as in this one, there is a limitation to how much the skin will shrink wrap down. That being said, there is a noticeable improvement in the appearance of her nose with much less attention now being drawn to this region of her face.
