This is an example of nose reconstruction to help improve the alignment of this very crooked nose. This young lady’s nose was quite misaligned – deviating markedly to her right side. In addition, her bridge contour was less than optimal. I performed a closed rhinoplasty surgery that involved breaking her nasal bones to move the alignment more toward the midline. In addition, I reshaped her nasal bridge and tip to create a more favorable profile view.
