Unfortunately, her nasal skin and underlying cartilage were damaged by the previous surgeon – resulting in unusual contour irregularities along the bridge and tip. Notice how, overall, her nose appears more narrow and defined from the frontal view and smoother from the side view. Keep in mind that ethnic patients often times have much thicker skin, which can impact just how much improvement can be realized from surgery. Despite this limitation, her results are still a notable improvement.
