Example of finesse ethnic female rhinoplasty in this young lady from San Diego. Her main desire was to have a nose that appeared smaller and more refined. I performed a septorhinoplasty using an open approach, which included narrowing of the bones, rotating the tip slightly and refining the tip shape. Overall, you can tell that her nose looks better on her face. Yet, she still looks quite natural.
