For patients who desire neck rejuvenation without undergoing traditional neck lift surgery, Dr. Hilinski offers the MyEllevate procedure.

MyEllevate is a minimally invasive neck rejuvenation procedure that can be done under local anesthesia in the office setting. The MyEllevate procedure is also called the zoom neck lift or zoom lift because it can be performed in a relatively quick manner compared to traditional, more invasive facelift and neck lift surgery.

The MyEllevate neck lift utilizes a series of very carefully placed sutures that traverse the neck just underneath the chin. The sutures extend along the jawline on both sides and eventually are anchored to the deeper neck tissues. As the sutures are tightened under the neck skin, they allow a lifting and tightening effect that supports the soft tissues of the neck. Cosmetically, this results in a more youthful and rested appearance due to improved definition along the jaw and neck line.

The best candidates for the MyEllevate procedure are patients who have early signs of aging along the jaw and neckline. Most of these patients complain of sagging skin and unwanted neck lines and wrinkle formation. In nearly all of these instances, a traditional face and neck lift surgery would be one of the first treatment recommendations. However, there are quite a few patients who just aren’t ready to undergo the more invasive surgical lift – and are looking for a less invasive, simpler procedure to help them out. Now MyEllevate isn’t going to provide these patients with the same type of cosmetic improvement that is seen with the more invasive neck lift surgery. But, MyEllevate will typically provide patients with enough cosmetic improvement that makes the effort very worthwhile.

In many cases, Dr. Hilinski will combine the MyEllevate procedure with neck liposuction and Renuvion J Plasma skin tightening. Neck liposuction helps to create more definition under the jawline while Renuvion helps to tighten the neck skin utilizing plasma energy.
