Example of open revision rhinoplasty in this female patient from San Diego. She originally had a rhinoplasty performed by a different plastic surgeon. Unfortunately, she was left with severe asymmetry of her tip. I performed an open revision rhinoplasty procedure to help provide her with a more natural looking nose with less obvious signs of having had prior surgery.
