Example of a very difficult revision rhinoplasty case that took years to evolve and heal. This patient had prior surgery by another plastic surgeon that resulted in severe abnormalities of his nose. You can see how asymmetrical and twisted his nasal tip was – including severe collapse of the structural framework of his nose. Notice the global change following revision rhinoplasty surgery to create a nose that looks much more natural and fitting for his face.
