Meaning, I document in your chart the precise location and distribution of Botox and Dysport being given. A sample of this is shown here where you can see exactly where the Botox and/or Dysport was placed to control those unwanted wrinkles and lines. When it comes time for repeat treatment, I simply reference your last Botox and/or Dysport roadmap in order to ensure the best possible cosmetic result!
